RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns Deadline: We accept returns up to 15 business days after receiving the product, provided it meets the established requirements.
Eligible Products:
New items, in their original packaging, unused and with tags.
Accessories and spare parts not installed.
Exclusions:
Customized or custom-made products.
Installation, maintenance or repair services (unless there is an error on our part).
Opened or installed products (except for factory defects).
2. Return Process
Request: The customer must contact us by email/phone within the established period, stating the reason for the return and attaching the purchase invoice.
Authorization: We will validate the request and send shipping instructions (if approved).
Shipping: The customer must return the product with a prepaid shipping label (except in cases of error on our part or defective product).
3. Refunds
Refund Method: Refund will be issued using the original payment method (card, transfer, etc.) within 30 business days after receiving and verifying the product.
Deductions: Charges may apply for:
Damage caused by the customer.
Missing items (accessories, manuals, packaging).
Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
4. Defective Products or Shipping Errors
If the product arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has manufacturing defects:
We will cover the shipping costs for replacement or refund.
We will request photos/videos as evidence.
5. Service Guarantee
For technical services (installation, repair):
We offer a 30-day labor warranty if the problem persists due to our fault.
It does not cover damage due to misuse or external conditions (e.g., electrical surge).
