Indoor environmental quality

District heating systems are a high-performance solution for distributing thermal energy in large buildings or urban areas. This system consists of a network of underground pipes that transport hot or cold water from a thermal power plant to several connected buildings.

This project is more than just an engineering project: it represents the efforts of many people who work at INPAL, and is an infrastructure designed for people. The machines work silently but tirelessly 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Air handling units (AHUs) are mainly used to provide clean air in hospitals, chemical plants, textile factories, the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, technology, among others.
